Administrative Support
  • Keeping up-to-date records for owners, residents and the corporation.
  • Issuing of Status Certificates
  • Completing all required notices and forms per the Condominium Act 1998 (PIC/ICU/NOIC)
  • Completion of Corporation annual returns with CAO.
